Having faced the emotional rollercoaster of infertility and enduring two rounds of IVF, Amanda and Amit decided that their pregnancy announcement could not just be an ultrasound picture. They chose to use the universal language of music to reflect the struggles, triumphs, and complexities of their trying-to-conceive (TTC) journey.

The song not only celebrates the miracle of new life, but also resilience and the power of sharing stories and forging community. Amanda and Amit extend a hand of solidarity to all those grappling with infertility, reassuring them that they're not alone.

"We’re Having A Baby" hopes to spark conversations around seemingly taboo topics and promote openness and support. It also serves as a preview to an upcoming EP that will feature more songs exploring infertility struggles, the IVF journey, and the pregnancy journey. Through this vulnerable musical endeavour, the duo hopes to provide comfort through their works.
